Investigated condition of existing curtain wall system. Evaluation of the leaking conditions. Developed short term repair and replacement program including budgetary estimate for repairs. Provided contract documents for short term restoration of building curtain wall system, including wet sealing of the glazing gaskets and replacement of perimeter sealants.
